RETURN WINDOW
All eligible products may be returned within 7 days after delivery. The date of delivery is the day the product was delivered to you, as indicated by the logistics partner's 'Proof of Delivery'. A return request will be generated only once you notify us (using the processes outlined below) during the 'Return Window'.
If you fail to notify us within the 'Return Window', please contact us at info@writinganddisplay.com or call us. However, in such situations, we may refuse to accept or process your return.
RETURN PACKAGING
To guarantee a smooth and quick pick-up and reverse shipment process, we kindly request that you consider the following considerations before wrapping and giving over the item:
- All returned items must contain either the original evidence of purchase (Sales Invoice) or the original proof of delivery (Shipping or Packing Label). These documents are often packed in a plastic pouch that is firmly and securely fastened to the exterior corrugated carton. In the absence of valid proof of delivery, the return process may be delayed.
- All returned items must be packaged in their original manufacturer packing or in an equivalent transit-worthy packaging. Our logistics partners may refuse to pick up items that are not properly packed. In such circumstances, we will require that you repack the item and schedule a new pick-up request. As a result, it is recommended that you save the packaging material until you are certain that the item is correct and was delivered in good condition.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please follow the steps mentioned below:
- Login > My Account > My Orders > Select Order to Return > Select Order Item(s) to Return > Select Reason for Return > Upload Supporting Documents (If Required) > Select ‘Refund’ or ‘Replacement’ Option > Submit Return Request. Please provide clear and accurate information for faster processing of returns.
- Once you submit the return request, our staff will be notified. We will next examine your request based on the information you provided and approve it if it fits the eligibility requirements listed above. If necessary, our customer service representatives may contact you (by e-mail or phone) to request more information. All return requests are handled (accepted or rejected) within 2-3 days.
- Once the return request has been approved, our team will organize a reverse pickup from your address. All reverse pickups are typically completed within 3-7 days.
- After the return parcel is picked up, our logistics partners will ship it back to our address. All reverse shipments are typically delivered within three to ten days.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
We will handle your refund or exchange once we have received your return and inspected the product for the aforementioned conditions. We will tell you via email (or SMS) after your return has been processed.
REFUNDS
- If you chose to receive a refund upon returning the order, we will immediately begin a credit reversal (payment reversal) process.
- We will tell you via email (and/or SMS) when your refund has been initiated.
- In the case of a single-item (single SKU) order, we will reimburse the whole amount paid by you, less any reverse shipping charges (as specified above).
- In the case of a multi-item (many SKUs) order, we will refund the total value of the returned items less any reverse shipping expenses (as specified above).
- The refund money will be reversed to the same bank account (or payment method) used to purchase the merchandise.
- Because payment transactions include both the bank and the payment intermediary/payment gateway, an exact time for refund deposit into your account cannot be guaranteed. Typically, such transactions are completed within 3-5 days.
