Shipping & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for visiting our website and online. We hope you are pleased with our products and services and encourage you to shop with complete confidence. If you accidentally entered incorrect information (address, pin code, phone, contact, etc.) or incorrect items into your order, or if you want to place a new order for any reason, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund. To provide a hassle-free shopping experience, we adhere to the Processing, Shipping, and Cancellation policies of leading e-commerce marketplaces like as Amazon and Flipkart.

ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing is the process of generating an order manifest and using it to pick, pack, and label items based on the order specifications before handing them over to logistics partners for delivery. We adhere to very rigorous timeframes and criteria to reduce order processing time and assure the smoothest and fastest delivery of our items.
- All orders received by 1:00 PM on a working day (Monday through Saturday) will be completed by 6:00 PM the same day, if your payment has been cleared by the payment gateway/payment intermediary. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. are normally handled the next day.
- All orders submitted on non-working days (Sundays and holidays) will be handled by 1:00 PM the next working day.
- We will tell you via email (and update the 'My Orders' section in 'My Account') when your order has been processed.
- In the event of unforeseen situations, order processing times may exceed the SLAs listed above. In such cases, we will do our utmost to process all pending orders as soon as possible and will notify you of any processing delays that occur.
ORDER SHIPPING
Order shipping is the process of transferring all processed, packed, and ready-to-ship orders to logistics partners for delivery.
- All purchases processed by 3:00 PM on a working day (Monday through Saturday) are normally shipped by 6:00 PM the same day. Orders processed after 3:00 p.m. will normally be dispatched the next day.
- All orders submitted on non-working days (Sundays and holidays) will be handled by 1:00 PM the next working day.
- Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes, military addresses, rural domestic addresses, ODA locations, or pin codes that our logistics partners do not serve.
- Orders will be delivered to your location within 3-10 days, depending on the destination pin code. We will send you a tracking reference via email (and/or SMS) and update the 'My Orders' area of 'My Account' so you can follow your shipment.
- Order Delayed in Transit - If your ordered items are delayed in transit, we will do our utmost to coordinate with our logistical partners to expedite delivery. We are not liable for shipping delays.
- Order Lost in Transit - If the shipped items are missed during transit, we will offer our logistics partners 7 days to identify the missing parcel and bring it back to your address. If they fail to do so, we will process and ship a fresh order to your location at no additional charge. In such instances, please notify us if the first (misplaced) purchase is still attempted delivery to your location.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation by User
- You can cancel an order within 24 hours after confirming or making it. To cancel an order, navigate to My Account > My Orders > Select Order > Cancel Order > Choose Reason for Cancellation > Submit. If you are unable to cancel your order using the steps outlined above, please contact us at info@writinganddisplay.com.
- We will notify you via email (and/or SMS) and update the ‘My Orders’ section in ‘My Account’ on when your order is cancelled
- We will return you the whole amount after your order has been successfully cancelled (after deducting any costs, if any, and subject to the other terms and conditions of this agreement). Please be aware that all cancelled orders are subject to a Fixed Cancellation Charge of 2.5% of the entire order amount to cover bank processing fees.
- Because payment transactions include both the bank and the payment intermediary/payment gateway, an exact time for refund deposit into your account cannot be guaranteed. Typically, such transactions are completed within 3-5 days.
